Seller Plus, a global loyalty subscription-based programme launched by freelancer platform, Fiverr, will provide freelancers with advanced tools, analytics and a personal success manager to help them build or grow their business.
- Seller Plus is available to Fiverr’s global freelance community, and provides users with benefits, including a dedicated success manager, faster payment clearance, growth programme priority, priority support, advanced analytics and customer engagement tools, exclusive events and educational content
- Seller Plus is a paid subscription programme, where sellers pay fiverr for getting access to premium tools/features
- Signing up to Seller Plus, would have no implications on IR35 as it is a programme provided to the freelancers on the platform
Seller Plus is invitee-only. The programme has been in beta and has only been available for a small population of freelancers on Fiverr up until now, the company confirmed withThe Freelance Informer.
The platform will limit the number of sellers that can join the programme. The platform has stated on its website that if you are on the waiting list, it doesn’t confirm a spot in the programme but rather, makes Fiverr aware that you would like to join.
For $29 a month or the UK sterling equivalent, freelancers who are invited and subsequently subscribe to the programme can access a “suite of benefits” that include a dedicated success manager, faster payment clearance, growth program priority, priority support, advanced analytics and customer engagement tools, as well as exclusive events and educational content.
Freelancers will pay their subscription through their Fiverr balance.
“For any freelancer who is motivated to build a successful business on Fiverr, Seller Plus is a must-have solution,” said Hila Klein, Fiverr’s COO.
“As a two-sided marketplace, it’s important that we continue innovating and bringing to life new programmes that not only support the businesses that use our platform, but also the freelancers that are already earning solid income on the marketplace and those that intend to,” said Klein.
What do the freelancers say about Seller Plus?
“Seller Plus has been an absolute game-changer for me and my business on Fiverr,” said Jessica Finn, a Fiverr freelancer and Seller Plus subscriber.
Since joining, Finn’s earnings have increased roughly 25%.
“I recently came off one of my best months where I earned almost $10K,” she said.
“Having access to a Seller Success Manager and priority Customer Support is incredible for whenever issues arise or if I’m simply looking to optimise my gigs for better results. I also love being able to provide my clients with coupons – they’re extremely convenient and many of my customers have become repeat customers because of it.”

What are some of the benefits?
Features include the ability to look at the keywords in their listings that are leading to purchases as well as see where their orders are coming from – whether it’s organic traffic, through a listing they might be paying to promote, a coupon they’re offering to returning customers, or the buyer request feature.
Each subscriber is also assigned a dedicated success manager to help them navigate through all the tools and provide personalised advice. Success managers can also help prepare subscribed freelancers for potential inclusion in Fiverr’s various growth programmes, including Fiverr Pro, Fiverr Choice, and Rising Talent.
